Regeneration – a whole new perspective on life: an international anthology

The 2024 theme, Regeneration, invites contributors to explore the profound act of renewal and rebirth in all its dimensions. The term, steeped in theological, biological, and ecological significance, traces its origins to the Latin regenerare–to “bring forth again,” to “be born again.” Whether in the spiritual, physical, or societal sense, regeneration speaks to the capacity to transform, to heal, and to reimagine what is possible. It is a reminder that from the ruins of the old, something new can always emerge. Regeneration is a radical new approach to all crisis, from climate to justice, diversity and dignity diving into action, policy, and transformation. Somehow, regeneration became more than just a word and makes itself present throughout everyone’s life.
