Our solution contains: 137mM NaCl, 10mM NaH2PO4, 2.7mM KCl, 1.8mM KH2PO4, and has a pH of 7.4. PBS is a balanced, isotonic salt solution used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells before dissociation, transporting cells or tissue, diluting cells for counting, and preparing numerous reagents.
