Bacteria are often associated with various diseases, infections, and other sicknesses. Certain bacteria can have negative effects on other living organisms, but in reality the vast majority of bacteria range from harmless to incredibly beneficial. This kit is designed to teach students proper microbiological and sanitation techniques while allowing them to conduct their own swabs and grow cultures. Included in this kit are two 200mL bottles of nutrient agar, 20 sterile petri dishes, and 20 sterile cotton swabs. For Laboratory Use Only. Not for drug, food or household use.
