Experiment components include enough sample for 24 gels if you are using an automatic micropipet for sample delivery. Use of transfer pipets will yield fewer gels. Reagent quantities are based upon the use of Horizontal gel electrophoresis apparatus, Model M12 and sample volumes aliquoted at 40 l each.
