This book describes the various adventures of a person who grew up in the cattle business in Colorado, became an economist with a Ph.D. from the London School of economics, a professor at Berkeley and Colo. State University, and spent the latter half of his life working in economic development in India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and more than twenty other countries.
