The Moldex 2315N99 premium particulate respirator is suitable for most welding fumes. The N99 is for a higher level of protection – NIOSH certified to have a filter efficiency of 99% for particulates free of oil. Their adjustable cloth straps allow for a more comfortable fit, and the molded nose bridge with a soft foam nose cushion fits easily and comfortably without a metal nose band. The exhale valve reduces breathing resistance and hot air buildup for all day comfort, keeping workers cooler, longer. The exclusive Dura-Mesh shell protects the filter media so it stays cleaner-looking longer. The shell resists collapsing, even in heat and humidity so the respirator holds its shape longer. The result is, fewer respirators used and lower costs. This product meets heat and flame resistance in accordance with ANSI/ISEA 110-2003 Section 7.11.1. If used for welding, wear appropriate eye and face protection. (100% PVC-Free) Suggested applications include: Welding, soldering, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, and dusty environments under 10x PEL, i.e., polishing, buffing, lime, poultry and textiles.
