O’CM Guide to Leading Projects

The O’CM Guide to Leading Projects was written as a step by step interactive aid to organize and track the process of implementing a project. This guide should help a project team with the alignment of tasks and project activities. This guide does not take the place of project management tools and diagrams used in a project. The O’CM guide should be used as a supplement to project management tools and diagrams. This Guide was written by a project manager with years of experience teaching project management at both a university and in the private sector, who has successfully lead hundreds of people through achieving their project objectives. The guide is straight forward and written in plain language so each step can be easily interpreted. There are twenty steps listed with space below each step to summarize your actions. There is also an evaluation for each step to derive lessons learned, to benefit from experiential learning . Two separate guides are included to complete two separate projects. This guide can help: project managers, company managers, business owners, college students working on team projects, and any person working with a team to accomplish a specific objective.
