Any time the string touches the fret an on/ off Circuit closes the signals are convert to MIDI signals. When connecting to our app, any other midi app or any midi interface, you can play those signals with any instrument you’d like. How to install on guitar It is highly recommended by the Manufacturer to have Good soldering experience or a Professional Luthier to install the OMB device on your Guitar. Step you need to follow best way to learn is watch the video tutorials. 1. Remove your strings, Use included cloth to clean the frets. 2. Place the adhesive strip down the side of the neck touching the tip of the frets. 3. Solder the strip on the side of the neck to the tip of the frets on both sides. 4. Place the thin conductive sticker onto the body connecting the end of the neck to behind the bridge. 5. Stick the OMB Upgrade at the base of the bridge on top of the conductive sticker. 6. Reinstall the strings connecting to the device using OMB’s pins. 7. Connect and calibrate with the app.
