This PEC precision 100 mm double square is the perfect measuring tool for project/part layout, machine set-up, determining level/plumb, or as a depth, height, or marking gauge. This square is used by metal and woodworkers alike. Squares are made in the USA by Products Engineering Corporation (PEC Tools) a premier US tool manufacturer. It has a hardened and tempered no-glare satin chrome finished steel blade with .5 mm and mm markings on both sided of the blade. Blade markings are precision photo etched and then black filled for easy readability. The blade is .750″ wide by .075″ thick. It has a black baked-on finish on a machined cast iron head. Head is .500″ thick, 1″ wide and 2.25″ tall. The square fits perfect in the hand and in the apron pocket. The fit and finish on these squares is superb.
