Philosophy of Education: A Christian Approach

Dr. Norman De Jong spent his life promoting Christian Education. He served as a teacher and administrator in primary and secondary Christian Schools. He taught Education at Dordt College and at Trinity Christian College. He wrote an influential book entitled Education in the Truth in 1969 and Teaching for a Change: A Transformational Approach in 2001. The present volume was published in 1977 under the title Philosophy of Education – A Christian Approach. In this book De Jong crystalizes his Biblical approach to the task of education.
