• Size, Material, and How It’s Made: 1 Large Chart – 11 inches X 8.5 inches (28cm x 21.5cm) The chart is printed on paper and sealed in 5mil laminate for longevity. It comes with Hook and Loop dots already attached to hang the names from.
• What Comes with It: 1 to 8 Name tags. Click the “Customize and add to cart” button. First, choose the amount of velcoin you want on your chart. (2 Velcoin Style can support 1-2 names, 4 Velcoin Style can support 1-4 names, 6 Velcoin Style can support 1-6 names.) Next you add the text for the name tags. The first tag is free. If you would like duplicate tags for one child then order two separate tags with the same text. Only a total of 8 tags can be ordered.
• How it works: This chart features 5 behavior sections. Amazing in blue, Great Job in Green, Warning in Yellow, Time Out in Orange, and Lose a Privilege in Red. Each section has velcoin and each chart comes with 1-6 names (pricing differs). To start place the child’s name on the chart in the Green section and as you go throughout the day move the names up or down based on the child’s behavior. Single out a specific behavior to focus on, or do it on overall attitude.
• Who It’s For: Works good one on one or in small group settings, personal use, daycare, homeschool, co-op, mentoring, counseling, or school settings
• Optional Mini Travel Size Charts. Add a mini chart to your order to take this on the go with you. The mini chart measures 4 inches by 3 inches, has no words but is made up with the same color bands. It also comes with its own name tag. Name tags are interchangable between the charts.
