Screw-adjusted cutter is set at an angle of 12-1/2 degrees and held firmly in place by a lever and cam. Plane is fully adjustable for depth of cut. Mouth adjusts for coarse or fine work. All Record block planes feature top-quality carbon-steel cutters with keen-honed edge; bodies and lever caps made of durable, long-lasting cast iron; and precisely ground bases for accuracy and confidence in use.
