Renovation Project is the story of an actual house remodeled by General Contractor, Steve Johnson in Southern California. The owners who purchased the residence attempted to move in, but discovered the house was infested with hundreds of rats and rodents. What was believed to be a livable home was discovered to be an unlivable biohazard. Renovation Project is the journey to rebuild this 12,000 square foot estate from infestation to complete renovation. The subtitle, Developing a Christian Worldview from a Construction Site, provides the blueprint for moving from infestation to renovation in one’s personal life.
