- Sandable Hard Gesso is a ready to use ground providing a white, toothy, semi-absorbent surface that may be wet sanded. It is recommended for use on rigid supports only – do not apply to stretched canvas
- For oil painting, a minimum of 3 coats are recommended to prevent oil from penetrating the underlying support
