Use ScottsA Premium Topsoil when planting, seeding, filling, or leveling garden. Add to level low areas in the garden or lawn. Rototill or spade to a depth of 6 inches, mixing well to avoid creating a barrier between the new soil and the native oil. Level the garden with a rake.
