Sound Spies – Volume 1: Letter / Sound Distinction Decodables: B/D, B/P, G/P, D/T, L/T Similar Letter Looks Decodables (Phunics, Fun Phonics)

In this Sound Spies series, some of our favorite Phunics characters return to test our phonics skills! We join Ren, Pat, and Pam, and all of their pets, as they explore new settings like the desert, the city, the arctic, and the beach. Volume 1 looks at letters that are similar in appearance. We practice distinguishing between them! Each story is 8 pages long with corresponding original artwork. They are written to fall within the 100L-200L Lexile range. Each story engages young readers and helps them put their phonics skills to the test. The volume’s five stories include: “The Buds and the Bus” “Bop! Pat and the Pup” “The Pig, the Pegs, and the Pins” “Ren Gets a Doll” “Ren and the Ten Laps”. Phunics – Fun Phonics is designed to help students master phonics sounds at every level.
