THe SpitJack 12″ trussing needle is a unique chef’s tool with many uses. Butchers use it to create crown roasts – an elaborate and festive preparation of ribs. Whole rack of ribs, lamb, beef, veal pork or goat all can be formed into crown roasts with this tool.
