when I was almost 45 years old, my father asked me to explain a story that I learned in my childhood.. It was a story of a housefly who forgot her name. The house-fly goes to each and every one to find out her name. it was fun to remember all the names of animals whom houseflies approached. finally, in the end, an un-born pony tells the housefly her name. when my father explained the Advaita philosophy in the story, I started exploring the inner meaning of all the folk stories..It resulted this book of Stories for smart generation. It appears to me that many of us are like chidlren who collect the pebbles on a beach while few dare to enter into the deep waters of the ocean to collect pearls. This quest is to explose the hidden pearls in the ocean of folk stoies which are known to the human race for centuries. I am sure the next genration will be interestd in knowing the inner meaning of these stories. .
