About the Actor

Storytime Yoga founder Sydney Solis is a mother, storyteller and certified yoga teacher who brings the joy and wisdom of yoga and storytelling to people of all ages. She is the author Storytime Yoga: Teaching Yoga to Children Through Story, which was nominated for the 2007 Anne Izard Storytellers’ Choice award, and The Treasure in Your Heart: Yoga and Stories for Peaceful Children. She publishes the Lotus, free online content and audio for teaching yoga to children through story on her website storytimeyoga.com.

About the Director

Norm Strassner began editing cutting-edge cable television shows for entertainment producer/reporter David Sheehan. These shows, David Sheehan s Hollywood and Showtime in Hollywood , aired on On-TV and Showtime, respectively. Mr. Strassner went on to direct for, and/or edit, hundreds of broadcast television shows including Entertainment Tonight , America with Sarah Purcell and McLean Stevenson , George Schlatter’s Real People and Smith-Hemion s On Stage America . He also freelanced as a director for NBC, CBS, CNN, Paramount Television and many other independent production companies. He has also edited feature films. Mr. Strassner was nominated and subsequently accepted into the Director’s Guild of America. He was also one of the first six creative videotape editors invited into the Motion Picture Editors Guild. To date, Mr. Strassner and Flashback Media Productions have won 11 Telly Awards, 9 Communicator Awards, 6 Aurora Awards, 1 Summit Award, 2 Vision Awards and more.
