Understanding School District Technology Leadership

Many school technology directors, who would ideally develop reputations as fuel injectors, are instead known as speed bumps, or worse, as spike strips across the highway to success. The Technology Department is known as the “place where ideas go to die,” or the “Department of NO.” Who will bridge this gap and validate the needs and perceptions of teachers and technicians?
