United States Army Heroes – Volume I-b: Medal of Honor WWII – GWOT (Medal of Honor Heroes)

“United States Army Heroes” is a 14-volume collection of the citations for our nation’s highest military awards. Volume I-a (Civil War through World War I), and I-b (World War II through the Global War on Terrorism) contain the citations for Army awards of the Medal of Honor. Entries include photos of the recipients when available, as well as brief biographical information including date and place of birth, Home Town, date of death and burial location, and more. Volume I-b includes appendixes that analyze the Medal of Honor awards by such criteria as rank, MOS and specialty, Unit, Home Town, and more.
