Workbook for The Sword and the Circle – Comfortable Edition (SneakerBlossom Medieval History)

SneakerBlossom Study Guides are Christian, Classical, Versatile, and Affordable. They can be used from third grade through high school, although the study guides for “The Sword are the Circle” are recommended for high school students due to the amount of adultery and bloodshed in the text. This is the Comfortable Workbook for “The Sword and the Circle” by Rosemary Sutcliff. The Comfortable Workbook is printed in a dyslexia-friendly font. The layout is more spacious than the regular workbooks so that there is less on each page. The Comfortable workbook includes comprehension questions with multiple choice answers. It also includes discussion/essay questions. Character & place indexing at the back includes cut-and-paste character descriptions that can be glued onto the indexing page so that students do not have to write words in order to do the work. SneakerBlossom Study Guides are available in six print and two digital versions. The Answer Key, available in print and digital versions, includes comprehension and discussion/essay questions and answers. The Complete Study Guide includes comprehension and discussion/essay questions in the front for the student, and questions and answers in the back for the teacher. It is print only. The three workbooks, available in print version only, are: Relaxed Workbook (comprehension questions with multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank answers); Studious Workbook (comprehension questions with lines for the student’s answers); Scholarly Workbook (comprehension and discussion/essay questions, with lines for the student’s answers under the comprehension questions); and Comfortable Workbook (dyslexia-friendly font & other accommodations; comprehension questions with multiple-choice answers; discussion/essay questions). The Questions Only digital version of the Study Guide includes all comprehension and discussion/essay questions. A new feature for the SneakerBlossom Study Guides for “The Sword and the Circle” is the inclusion of classic works of art featuring topics from the text. In the Study Guides and Workbooks, the art is printed in black and white. A supplementary art guide, the “SneakerBlossom Art Guide for King Arthur”, is available and includes color pictures of the art, all discussion questions pertaining to the art, and a bonus section with art and discussion questions that are not included in the regular Study Guides and Workbooks.
