GP Series USB Portable Bench Scales features a USB virtual COM port that can easily provide communication between the scale and computer. Comes standard with NCI protocol and interfaces to most common shipping software packages including UPS(tm) Worldship Online. Housed in a robust base constructed from 22 gauge steel with ribbed base is designed to protect against unwanted damage. Built-in carrying handles and a large easy-to-read 1″ / 25 mm H digits, backlit LCD display. Four easy to use keys: On/Zero/Off, tare (100% range), Units lb/kg and hold that is ideal when weighing larger boxes that cover the display window. The scale operates on one 9V battery (included), AC adapter (not included) and a USB cable (not included). Scale will automatically turn off after two minutes if not used to help prolong battery life.
