Professional results at home ColorTone nitrocellulose aerosols are designed for professional finishing, right out of the can. These aerosols are easy to apply, and perfect for new finishes or re-fins. We designed the lacquers and the spray nozzles especially for guitar finishing. Nitro lacquer is the traditional choice for fine instruments, and is what guitars from the Golden Era of the 1950s and earlier are finished with. Aged Clear, no grain filler This set is a variation of the clear coat for a “natural” finished maple-bodied guitar, but with less Amber coloring. If you are looking for a subtly-aged look, this is the place to start. Includes two cans of Aged Clear lacquer to perfectly dial in your color.
