EARTH GEODYNAMIC HISTORY UPDATED: THE OCEAN FLOOR SPEAKS FOR ITSELF

Various means of expressing Earth’s tectonics culminated in 1966 with the plate tectonic hypothesis, an idea that used very little data about 70% of Earth’s surface-the ocean floor. At NAVOCEANO we used the latest, and only, multibeam sonar collectors for many years before the technology was allowed to be used by the public. As such, and because I became a sea-going geomorphologist in 1966, I was able to produce state-of-the-art publications. This treatise is the culmination of my efforts towards the goal of the US Navy with much of that data included in newer interpretations of of actual events in Earth’s geodynamics that were not available to the “founding fathers.” It is an easy read and will bring the reader to a closer understanding of real tectonics.
