Emil can drive alone to Berlin for the first time, where his grandmother and cousin already expect him. But Emil is not on the train. While the two still consider what to do, Emil is already on a wild chase across the foreign city – on the tracks of the thief who stole all his money on the train. Fortunately, Emil soon gets support from Gustav “with the horn” and his boys.
