It includes Scripture passages and questions to consider, biblical truths and topics to discuss, and suggestions for times of shared prayer. This process will help you: Set clear goals and expectations for your time with the young people you disciple. Ensure that they have a clear understanding of the gospel. Explain what it means for them to have assurance of salvation and to affirm their faith in God. Explore the meaning of baptism and how to know when they are ready to be baptized. Help them prepare to give a public testimony of faith. The appendix includes additional resources to help answer further questions about these important topics to equip both the church and the home in this vital youth discipleship role.
