Letters are printed on one side; keywords and sounds are printed on the reverse for sounds introduced in Level 1 including consonants, short vowels, long vowels in a vowel-consonant-e syllable, digraphs (sh, ck, ch, th, wh), and glued sounds (all, an, am, ang, ing, ong, ung, ank, ink, onk, unk).
