Book corresponding to the second issue of The Golden Age magazine, published by Marti in July, 1889, in New York, considered a classic of the Hispanic-American literature. In this second volume are gathered stories, poems and history texts in a language that every child may understand and also, learn. It contains: “The History of Man as Told by His Houses”, “The Two Princes”, “Naughty Nene”, “The Moorish Woman’s Pearl”, “The Indian Ruins”, “Musicians, Poets, and Painters”, and like in the rest of the volumes, “The Last Page.”
