The Meredith Music Publications Percussion Ensemble Series contains eight quintets from grade 2 through 6 that utilize instruments typically found in the school percussion section. In the few uses of non-typical school instruments, substitute instruments are suggested. Each ensemble includes Program Notes and Performance Suggestions , as well as a complete list of instruments, performance time and grade. In addition, a percussion section diagram is included along with ideas for developing the school percussion section. A full score and parts are included.
