Coach Joseph Gray is a special education paraprofessional at the School District of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He’s a father, educator, coach, and mentor. Coach Joe founded a youth and community engagement-focused organization named Tru2You, which exists to bridge the gap between youth and the creatives in the community and teach youth how to express themselves creatively. He strives to make a difference and be a light for the youth and his community. Along with coaching, he creates resources for teachers to use in their classrooms.

Joseph is dedicated to supporting student learning, and what better way than by focusing on literacy? His passion for kids’ literacy and learning led him to write his own children’s books. In 2020, he won the Speaker of the Year award from Dr. Clyde Rivers, President of iChange Nations USA.
