The phase contrast kit offers brightfield (BF), darkfield (DF) and phase contrast features for compound microscopes. This phase contrast kit can be widely used in clinics, biological research and schools, specially for observing live cells. It comes with a NA1.25 condenser (37mm mounting size in diameter) with iris diaphragm, a 23.2mm centering telescope, two PLAN PH objectives (PH10X and PH40X). The NA1.25 condenser provides open brightfield, darkfield, and PH10/20 & PH40 positions. When using the darkfield condenser with 100X objective to observe specimen, the oil darkfield objective AJ100PR (sold separately) will be needed.
