Persuasive Writing: A Storytelling Approach teaches students how to write effective motion briefs, and other types of non-adversarial persuasive writing by threading a narrative or “storytelling” theme throughout the entire text. This text endorses a three-stage framework–processing, packaging and revising –for integrating storytelling into any type of persuasive writing and is premised on the theory that Legal Storytelling is the most effective backdrop for effective advocacy.
