The bar boards 6 x 9 inch size is ideal for behind the bar. The unique co-polymer material withstands continual high temperature commercial washing and will not warp. Durable co-polymer construction provides superior heat, chemical and warp resistance. Material won’t dull knives and resists unsanitary cut-grooving. Smaller size is ideal for tight spaces. Non slip grip corners hold board in place, preventing cut injuries. Integrated ruler and cutting guide make portioning easy. Food safety hook provides sanitary hanging and carrying.
