Studying God’s World through Astronomy 1st – 3rd Grade Lapbook

This 1st – 3rd grade homeschool/ Christian education lapbook creatively and beautifully showcases your student’s Astronomy work. The bright, colorful pieces capture the eye and the fun moving pieces engage the student even after completion. The lapbook’s fill-in-the-blank sections help the student demonstrate what he has learned without frustrating him with a lot of writing. Word banks are also provided for each section for the younger student or the student can fill in the pieces using the book Studying God’s world through Astronomy. Each lapbook booklet/piece corresponds to a section in the book helping the student learn to find the answers on his own through research. This lapbook may also be guided by the parent or teacher if needed for younger students. The timing of the lapbook and readings are completely up to you, but sample lesson plans as well as additional activities are included. The unit lapbook is flexible and can take anywhere from 6 to 12 weeks to complete depending on the student and how long he wishes to enjoy learning about astronomy. It is also structured to have starting and stopping points if the student needs extra time or a field trip is planned.
