The Confidence Constellation Activities Handbook

Want specific strategies for helping your child to grow their confidence as a learner? This handbook is for you! A companion to The Confidence Project: A Journey Through the Confidence Constellation, your child will learn the elements of the confidence building toolkit: The Confidence Constellation. Through guided discussions and fun, interactive activities you and your child(ren) will be able to more effectively and efficiently manage your Challenge Cycle and gain the tools necessary to become an excited, lifelong learner. This handbook is perfect for students of all ages looking to grow and maintain their confidence! It is suggested that the handbook be completed in partnership with a teacher/parent/guardian for students k-3/4. It could be completed independently with joint conversations to support students in grades 3/4 through grades 8/9. And for high school students it can be a great conversation starter to discuss the core elements of confidence building and to use it as a jumping off point for creating their own activities to help them acquire the elements of confidence building. These are just suggested uses for approximate grades, but please let me know what works best for you and your child(ren)!
