If we consider the importance of the news agencies’ role in global society, we can surely emphasize that the news agencies have a great impact in overall world communication discourse, moreover they also have a great credibility in news reporting around the globe. International news agencies frequently are challenged to cope with clashing of discourses for the same event. This study examines international news stories on the Kosovo protest. The samples are taken from three news reports published one day after the protest, from news agencies: BBC, REUTERS and AP. The principal aim of the study is to examine whether and how international news agencies have an impact in discourse toward worldwide audience news consumption.
