The Promise of the Father

Becky Weidinger was born in Phoenix, Arizona and grew up on a farm and a cattle ranch. She has five brothers and one sister, and a large extended family. She is a fourth generation Pentecostal Christian and has two generations of Pentecostals following her. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Northern Arizona University in 1974 and married Joe Weidinger two months later. He answered God’s call to preach, and they pioneered a church in Winslow, Arizona (in 1977 and still exists today), pastored in Pueblo, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Globe, Arizona; and Flagstaff, Arizona. They have ministered in many states and internationally in Europe, Australia, and Africa. Along the way they had six children, all of whom are serving the Lord with their spouses and 19 grandchildren. Becky trained as a homebirth midwife and has delivered several hundred babies at home, including several of her grandchildren. She then turned her sights on learning to build homes and was successful in building as the project manager. She has served as Worship Leader, Women’s Ministry Director, Nursery Director, Church Administrator, Restoring the Foundations Minister, and functions in deliverance ministry. Her greatest desire is to know God and then to lead others into that intimate knowledge of Him.
